Our Company

MRC Properties (MRC) is owned by Michael Cabano and headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. MRC has been focused on the ownership and management of manufactured housing communities (MHC’s) and RV parks for over 30 years.

With our deep industry contacts and strong market knowledge, we are able to source attractive off-market opportunities that, when combined with our proactive property management, allow us to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors. We currently have interest in nine (9) MHC’s and RV parks totaling over 1,000 homesites.

Prior to forming MRC Properties, Mr. Cabano was Vice President at Real Estate Investment Partners, Inc. (REIP), a diversified real estate investment company located in Deerfield, Illinois. During his 18 years at REIP, Mr. Cabano sourced property acquisitions, performed due diligence, raised equity and was head of asset management. Mr. Cabano was instrumental in eventually growing REIP’s portfolio to over1,500 manufactured home sites, 250 apartment units and 125,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Mr. Cabano received his B.S. degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He holds Manufactured Home Dealers licenses in Arizona and Wisconsin, and an Arizona Real Estate License.
